hopeCloud account association method


1. Purpose

When the distributor has their own account, the customer may not be associated with the corresponding sub-channel account during the account creation process, or the association may be incorrect, resulting in the subsequent distributor being able to manage the lower-level customer account. Therefore, it is necessary to gather the customer account, then use the HOPEWIND management account to associate the customer account with the sub-channel account.

2. Operation steps:
The distributor and the customer are both using the sub-channel accounts.
Sub-channel account associate with sub-channel account.
Search for the customer’s account in the HOPEWIND management account within the sub-channel.

The distributor uses the sub-channel account, while the customer uses the end-user account.
End-user account associated with the sub-channel.
Search for the end-user account in the plant channel.





B. Access the customer Plant page.


C. Access the "Change Information" on Plant page.


D. Input the rigjt sub-channel account on Partner Information page.


3. Notice:

The hopeCloud includes the function to associate sub-channel accounts when creating a plant. It is recommended for end-user to use the end-user account directly. If the end-user is associated with the distributor account, the authorization is performed by the plant only. When a sub-channel account is associated with another sub-channel account, the associated sub-channel account gains visibility of all power plants under the associated customer’s sub-channel account.
