How to check DC Voltage Detection Abnormal issue


Purpose:

Guide the service engineer to check the “DC voltage detection abnormal issue”. 

1.Fault Description

   1.1 There is an alarm report on the monitoring system as “DC voltage detection abnormal”.

2Fault causes

    2.1 Software version abnormal

        2.2 Loose cables between Detection Board and the Input Filter Board

        2.3 Input Filter Board failure

        2.4 Detection Board failure

3. Troubleshooting

   3.1 Login to hopeInsight to check whether the software version is correct. You could check the version from below image and compare with the attached for parameter setting table. If the software versions are not consistent, an upgrade is required.



3.2 After completing 3.1, if the fault persists, further inspection is needed to check whether the cable connection between the Detection Board and Input Filter Board is normal. If not, please reconnect the cables between the two boards.   
       

*The photo is about 250kW, you could find the cable on the Detection Board of other product model at similar position.

3.3 After completing 3.2, if the fault persists, please replace the Detection Board or Input Filter Board.
