How to handle Emergency Stop issue for HSNV series inverter

Purpose:

When hopeCloud reports “Emergency stop” alarm, this document helps to guide you on how to check it.

1Fault cause

1.1 External emergency stop switch closed.

1.2 Incorrect cable connection of inverter-side emergency stop switch.

2. Troubleshooting Methods

Step 1

Log into hopeCloud APP, select the corresponding inverter and navigate to Parameter Settings>System control> Reset command> 1-Reset. After that, verify whether the fault has been reset.

Step 2

If the fault is resolved after the reset, the troubleshooting process is complete. If not, check whether the external emergency stop switch is closed.

In the event that the emergency stop switch is connected, proceed to disconnect it. If the emergency stop switch is not connected, then it is advisable to verify the correctness of the cable connection for the inverter-side emergency stop switch.
Step 4
Please attempt to reconnect the wiring of the emergency stop switch. If the issue persists, contact Hopewind after-sales for further assistance.
