Purpose:
When hopeCloud reports “Emergency stop” alarm, this document helps to guide you on how to check it.
1.Fault cause
1.1 External emergency stop switch closed.
1.2 Incorrect cable connection of inverter-side emergency
stop switch.
Step 1
Log into hopeCloud APP, select the corresponding inverter and navigate to Parameter Settings>System control> Reset command> 1-Reset. After that, verify whether the fault has been reset.
Step 2
If
the fault is resolved after the reset, the troubleshooting process is complete.
If not, check whether the external emergency stop switch is closed.
