3. Possible root cause of the issue:
3.1 RS485 communication cable connection is abnormal.
3.2 External signal interference affects RS485 communication.
4. Checking steps and solution:
4.1 Check whether the RS485 communication cable are connected correctly.
Note: Need to distinguish between single and multi-inverters with RS485 port connection. Single inverter RS485 cable should be connected to port 2 of the inverter, while for multi-inverters, it should be connected RS485 to port 1.
4.1.1 If the connection is incorrect, reconnect the RS485 communication cable.
4.1.2 If the cable connection is correct, it’s possible that the RS485 communication signal may be disturbed by the environment, in which case the cable should be replaced with shielding.
