How to handle FPGA Version Mismatch issue for HSNV series inverter


Purpose:

When hopeCloud reports “FPGA version mismatch” alarm, this document can help to guide you on how to handle it.

1Fault cause

1.1 Mismatch between FPGA software version and the inverter.

1.2 Lack of output on DC side.

2. Troubleshooting Methods

Step 1

Log into hopeCloud APP, select the corresponding inverter and navigate Parameter Settings>System control> Reset command> 1-Reset. Then check whether the alarm persists. If the alarm is resolved after reset, the troubleshooting process is complete. 



Step 2

If the issue still, login hopeCloud to check whether the FPGA software version is correct.
