Purpose:
When hopeCloud reports “Grid neutral line lost” alarm, this document can help to guide you on how to handle it.
1.Fault cause
1.1 Poor connection of grid neutral line.
1.2 The inverter is not connected to nominal grid.
Step 1
Login to hopeCloud APP, select the corresponding inverter and navigate Parameter Settings>System control> Reset command> 1-Reset. Then check whether the alarm persists. If the alarm is resolved after reset, the troubleshooting process is complete.Step 2
If
the issue persists, please check whether the grid neutral line is connected
correctly. If not, please reconnect the grid neutral line cable.
If the issue persists, login to hopeCloud APP to check whether the grid voltage is normal.
Normal grid voltage range:
380V: Line voltage range of 285~456V AC
400V: Line voltage range of 300~480V AC
Step 4
If the voltage is within the normal range but the issue persists, please check the grid phase sequence is correct or not.
