How to unbind the WiFi Dongle in hopeCloud platform
Purpose:
Sometimes you may create a new plant in the hopeCloud platform, you want to unbind the WiFi Dongle from the original power plant and add it in the new power plant, this document can guide you how to unbind the WiFi Dongle in the hopeCloud platform.
1. Unbinding steps:
1.1 Open hopeCloud and log in with your account；
1.2 After logging
in, follow these steps to unbind: Operation and Maintenance Center—Device
Management—Communication Gateway.
1.3 Check the PN of
the WiFi Dongle and enter PN, as shown below:
1.4 Enter the PN to find the Device information and unbind it.
1.5 Return to the
below image to check if the unbundling is successful. If the information of
power plant and owner as shown in the image still exists, it means that the
unbundling is not successful and you need to operate again 1.4.
